On a yellow background tinged with pink, I have inscribed intense blue, red or green dynamic shapes. The general structure of these color keys follows a diagonal line that goes from the lower left corner to the upper right corner. The whole gives off an impression of movement, inspired by the flight of swallows that spend the summer in Brittany before leaving again when autumn arrives.
From a technical point of view, this work is one of the first in ten years not to use absorbent paper. It is therefore only made with acrylic. It is therefore less smooth and textured than the paints of the previous series.
